Wonderful customer service! I drove quite a ways because I had been told of their great quality and that they had some items on sale. I bought a pair of pants from them that must have had a factory issue because they fell apart in one ride the same day I bought them! I was so disappointed. I reached out to Gallops via email with pictures and described the issue. They sent a very kind and thoughtful response and helped me replace the pants without having to drive back in. I love the new pants. It was exceptional customer service and I will be back! Plus, it’s really a beautiful store with a great selection of mid to high-end, quality clothes.
