Bombers Bit Classic Dee Ring Control Plate Cable
The Bombers Classic Dee Ring Control Plate Cable offers a stable, refined feel that prevents the bit from being pulled through the mouth while introducing a slightly slower release and mild poll pressure. The Dee ring functions similarly to an Eggbutt, giving the cheeks a more solid contact point for clearer rein aids. At the center, the Control Plate Cable applies soft, even tongue pressure thanks to its larger surface area and 45‑degree angle, allowing it to sit comfortably and flat on the tongue.
The cable mouthpiece removes center links for a smoother, more comfortable feel and limits the nutcracker effect while still offering spring‑back flexibility. This design provides gentle lateral independence between reins, enhancing communication without creating excess pressure. Suitable for horses needing stability with softer tongue engagement, this bit blends thoughtful engineering with Bombers’ signature comfort‑focused design.
