The BR Single Jointed Dee Ring Soft Contact Curved Snaffle is crafted from solid Cuprigan, an alloy known for its pleasant taste and natural oxidation that encourages chewing and saliva production. Its anatomical curved design follows the shape of the horse’s mouth to create soft, even pressure, helping sensitive horses relax and build a more trusting connection with the rider. Both 12 mm and 14 mm mouthpiece options are available, allowing riders to choose the thickness that best suits their horse’s tongue shape, lip thickness and available mouth space.

The fixed D‑ring cheeks keep the bit stable and prevent it from being pulled through the mouth, offering clearer, more direct aids that are especially helpful for young or green horses. Thinner mouthpieces provide more concentrated pressure and are ideal for cob‑type horses or those needing a more responsive feel, while thicker options offer a softer, broader contact. With its balanced design and high acceptance, this snaffle supports steady, comfortable communication across a wide range of horses.
